The recipient list holds all email accounts, which is used to notify user. Each account can have it's own schedule, so it doesn't receive notifications when not available.

||Opens the Recipient editor for adding a new recipient|
||Opens the Recipient editor for editing the selected recipient|
||Delete the recipient. This can not be reversed! |
